Sitemate in AI Search

Twelve buying questions a Sitemate prospect would ask, put to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity with web search on. Sitemate is the top answer whenever someone asks about it by name. On the unbranded questions it appears in about one answer in five, and not at all for plant management or AI site reporting.

What stands out

Gearbelt

Absent from its own category

No assistant named Gearbelt for plant and equipment management in Australia. MapTrack, Assignar and Plant Assessor took the answers. The plant prestart page does get picked up (2 of 4), so a dedicated page works where one exists.

Storm

The flagship isn't named yet

Asked for an AI tool that turns voice notes and photos into site reports, assistants named InspectMind, Konstro, Benetics and Valoon. Sitemate's one mention, from Claude, cited the daily reporting page, not Storm.

ChatGPT

One mention in twelve

The largest assistant named Sitemate once across the unbranded set. Claude was strongest at 4 of 12.

Third parties

Others write the comparison

A rival's "Sitemate alternatives" page (Kynection) is cited when Claude and Gemini compare Sitemate with SafetyCulture. There is no Sitemate page in the "SafetyCulture alternatives" answers, which SiteDocs and HammerTech win.

Named most often instead

Unbranded answers naming each product, of 48.

Where I'd start

One move per lost question, re-measured weekly: an answer-first Gearbelt page for plant and equipment management in Australia; a Storm page that names the job ("voice notes and photos into site reports"); a Sitemate-owned "SafetyCulture alternatives" comparison; and getting Sitemate onto the third-party round-ups the assistants already cite.
